Daylight Savings - By now hopefully you have changed your clocks or you are arriving places one hour before everyone else. While you change these important time pieces, please take a moment and check the batteries in your Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors, as well as batteries for your flashlights to be prepared.
Our Bodies, Ourselves - The Rochester Museum and Science Center in conjunction with the Planetarium welcomes All Emergency Service(s) personnel and their guest(s) to a Special hosting of the Human Body, the Universe within and the Human Body movie. Third Battalion EMS has arranged for anyone interested in enjoying this event to join us on Monday, November 12, 2007 - Veterans Day. Due to the popularity of this exhibit, we have made Group reservations for 1100, 1300, 1500 and 1900 hours, with the movie being shown at 1400 and 1600 hours. This ! combined $29.00, which will be $20.00 on this day. If you do not plan to attend the movie, then exhibit tickets are available at the discounted price of $16.00
If you would like to participate in this event, you must make your reservations via e-mail, then we will pay for the event, at the time that you have planned to attend. In order to get the group rate, we as an organization will collect the ticket fees and submit them as each group arrives at their assigned times.
To make these reservations, please e-mail Bill Evans at wevans@monroecounty.gov , with the time and number people attending during that ! entrance ons need to be submitted by Friday, November 9, 2007 at 1200 hours. Please find attached a poster that can be used to advertize this event or use this e-mail to receive any further information needed.
FLU Shots - Sunday - November 18, 2007 - 1200 to 1600 hours at Perinton Ambulance - This clinic is open to ALL Emergency Services personnel and their families.
