Personally - I would like to thank the many people who helped me last week understand not to rely on Spell Check, because even thou a word is spelled write, it might not fit the intended personnel that it is directed to. Electronic Patient Care Reports - The Third B! attalion ions on Thursday, August 2, 2007 at 1900 at the Pittsford Ambulance base and EMS Charts on Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at 1900 hours at the Perinton Ambulance base. We welcome ALL Emergency Service Agencies that would like to learn more about and talk to these vendors to attend these very informative sessions.
These two (2) companies are just 2 of many vendors that were evaluated and will be documented soon in the MLREMs report on Ecpr Software and hardware. These 2 vendors contacted the committee, as well as the Battalion to host these sessions to help educate our agencies to the benefits of this electronic technology. Please use the upcoming report to provide a basis for your agencies review of all the companies that can provide these services and decide which program will best benefit your organization. Please be advised that neither the Third Battalion Coordinator or any EMS agencies are recommending any particular ven! dor, rath ortunity to see the products, meet the vendors and help make the decision on the technology that will work for your agency
Immediate Care East - On Monday, July 30th, a new Care Facility will open in the old Via Health Building, located at 1600 Mosley Road in the Perinton Ambulance district, just north of Rt 96. This office will be open Monday thru Friday from 1300 to 2100 and weekends/Holidays form 0900 to 1700. Please see www.immediatecareeast.com for details.

Road Construction - In East Rochester, starting August 6th, the entire length of Main Street and 200 blk of West Commercial Street will being repaved for approx 4 weeks. In Penfield, Atlantic Avenue, ! east from including the intersection of Jackson and Atlantic is being reconstructed starting August 1st thru November 1, 2007. During this process, there will be a period of 3 weeks where the intersection is closed entirely.
Please keep these detours in mind in your daily travels or when responding to Emergencies.
