The Walker Fire District will be selling our older pumper to the Jamestown Rural Fire Department, Jamestown Missouri population less than 400 people.  They received a FEMA grant to buy a used pumper and are replacing a 1955 GMC pumper.  They are also trying to equip the pumper with less than $3,000.  As we know that much money won’t go very far.  The Walker Fire Department is loading 2500 ft our old 4” hose that we replaced last year.  Another local fire department is working on getting permission to give 1000 ft of 1 ¾ hose.  

We are looking for any other equipment to help them out, specifically, 1 ½ and 2 ½ nozzles, SCBA’s (I am trying to find out what brand they currently have) any fittings, Storz fittings (4 inch), exhaust fans and “any items that ISO would be looking for” such as foam enductors, foam nozzles.

We expect that they will come to pick up the truck by the end of the month and would like to have the truck loaded with the donated items when they get here.
