Emergency Services Future - Please plan to attend the 2nd Annual Bushnell's Basin Fire Explorer Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, February 10 from 0900 to 1200 hours at the Headquarters Station on Kreag Road. This a! ctivity h ant activities as these young adults learn about Emergency Services

Employment - There are many local and not so local opportunities for employment in your favored field of Emergency Services. Recently we have been contacted by a variety of agencies ranging from Dallas, TX to local Commercial agencies to EMS organizations nearby, but just outside our area. Canandagua Emergency Squad currently is hiring a variety of positions, which can be viewed on www.canandaiguaes.org or by calling 585-394-5860 ex. 10.

Spotlight newsletter - The original editor Holli O'Keefe has gotten busy in many other areas and will be unable to continue as Editor of this qu! arterly p oking for a individual that would like to help put this very informative publication together 4 times a year.
EPCR - Electronic charting has come to our region. Agencies are at a variety of different levels in this project, but once complete, this change in how we manage patient care data will be a great benefit to both our patient and the system as we track health care concerns, community issues and general data from the people that we treat and the communities that we serve.

A committee has been formed under OPC, that will be providing information on the EPCR specific product, EmsCharts, which many agencies are using. This committee, along with local ideas, such as the Perinton Ambulance ChartSmarts will help to make these! products ne's needs.

Superbowl - As you enjoy the game next Sunday from Arizonia, between the New England Patriots and New York Giants, keep in mind the many Emergency Services workers whose job it is to insure a Great Day for Players, families and Fans at this event. Please keep in mind the years of planning that went in to this single event to insure a Quality activity,

Awards - Nominations are needed for the many STEP Conference awards, as well as many of the other Emergency Service Awards that members and agencies can be nominated for. Please make sure to recognize a Civilian, Fellow EMT or Firefighter or agency that deserves this recognition
