AT 654 PM EDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED ROTATION IN A
THUNDERSTORM. THIS TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR IRONDEQUOIT...MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
  FAIRPORT BY 705 PM EDT...

RADAR INDICATED THAT HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL...AND GUSTY WINDS WERE
STILL POSSIBLE FROM THE THUNDERSTORM.
