Arrest Made in Family Dollar Store Fire

The Rochester Fire Department announced today at a morning news conference that an arrest has been made in the November 23rd fires at two area Family Dollar Stores. Reports were that Ronald Flowers intentionally set paper products stored on shelves on fire. He could face 25 years to life if convicted.
